I visited Sheehy Ford in Ashland 7 days after being involved in a head on collision. I suffered severe injuries and was not really in the mood to buy a new vehicle, but I needed a vehicle to replace m involved in a head on collision. I suffered severe injuries and was not really in the mood to buy a new vehicle, but I needed a vehicle to replace my Fusion. I called on the telephone and spoke with Zachary Goodnite. He assured me that Sheehy had a vehicle to replace my 2018 Fusion and he promised that the transaction would not be prolonged and they would help keep me comfortable during my visit. Upon arrival, I was met by Zachary and was pleased with the Fusions that were available. However, I ended up purchasing a new Bronco Sport. I weighed the safety features and decided that the Bronco did have the same safety features as the Fusion. Zachary and the staff were awesome. The transaction was smooth and not lengthy. I am pleased with my selection and Zachary has a customer for life as long as he is employed with Sheehy Ford. More

During the recent purchase of my new 2021 F150, I really enjoyed working with Sherry Epps and would highly recommend her. She is deserving of a 5-star rating. The reason for the 3-star rating is Eric Ruiz, the finance manager. When I declined all of the additional warranty options, he shoved off from his desk pushing himself about 3 feet from it. He became very pushy, rude, and condescending. I was beginning to think to myself, I guess I am going to get the Dodge Rebel. When he pulls himself back up to the desk with indifference, rushing through the digit paperwork. He was about 2 seconds from costing Sheehy and Sherry a sale. For him, I would give a 0-star rating.
