Very disappointed in my experience. I was called to let me know that all of the follow up items had been addressed and it was ready. When I arrived it had not been cleaned, remnants of the stickers were s me know that all of the follow up items had been addressed and it was ready. When I arrived it had not been cleaned, remnants of the stickers were still in the window and needed to be washed. I was told that the paint repair prevented it from going thru detail. I had told the sales person at purchase that I was in no hurry to pick it up, so he had no need to rush and call me for pickup. None of the features were explained, no one even walked out with me to make sure everything was ok. I was handed the keys and sent on my way. They got my money, end of story............maybe not. I called the service dept to follow up on a few other items I discovered after a few days. Neither items I brought to their attention were repaired, they advised me that both 'were normal operation'.....and it still didn't get washed. For one item, I was told they had never seen that issue before and submitted a support request from Ford. Service advisor told me 'we will call you tomorrow'. Surprise, no call. Bottom line, they got my money and sold the truck. That's all they were interested in to begin with. There is no doubt they have any interest in the problems I have, and unless I take my time to make a big deal out of it they will not help me because it it the right thing to do....like i said they got my money, that all that matters in the showroom. More

Lisa was great!!!! We came an hour before closing one night just see what we could afford and what they had on the lot. We arrived and lisa had a truck for us to test drive ready to go. We test drove it, liked it and told her we would be back the next day. She contacted us and told us that she found a better truck with better options that we would enjoy because we were going to be using the truck to tow an RV. We really liked it and decided to go with the second truck she found for us. She was AWESOME to work with and we even want some options done that she had personnsal experience with her vehicle (aftermarket leather seats). She brought her vehicle around for us to look at and set up us getting the same done to our truck. As long as she is selling cars we will be buying from her. More
