Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Just graduated college and wanted to buy my first new vehicle. I got a 2020 F-150 XLT. Since then, this truck has been A NIGHTMARE! In the first 4 months graduated college and wanted to buy my first new vehicle. I got a 2020 F-150 XLT. Since then, this truck has been A NIGHTMARE! In the first 4 months, I had to have it serviced 6 times. Mostly for electrical and camera issues. It took the service department an entire month to get me a working back up camera. This truck spent almost more time in the repair shop than at my house. I also applied for 2 rebates totaling $1,000 that I was eligible for. One through my insurance for buying a Ford vehicle; the other for being a recent college graduate. It has been just shy of 6 months and I haven’t seen a penny after they said it takes 6-8 weeks to receive it. I have called 4 times and have only transferred to a person once, who then told me they would have the accountant call me back in about 5 minutes. I did not receive a callback. The other 3 times I left messages, but again no callback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They made my first time new car buying experience a living xxxx. More

Chris at Sheehy Ford did a much better job than the competition in the area. I have been looking for a super specific truck/trim package for several weeks using other dealers. Ryan had been on the lookout for a used F250 for me. They got one in the same years as my F150 and my wife and I were the first ones he called. We were there in 30 minutes to check it over. I have purchased from Sheehy 2 times (8 years apart) and both times have been an awesome experience. Calvin worked with us for several hours finding the right truck (it was a unique set of features we neede both times have been an awesome experience. When he had to work with another customer, someone else from the team stepped in with the exact same excellent attitude and approach. Eric and the finance team were top notch as well. The truck ended up having an issue the day after we got it, which is no fault of Sheehy. They carved out an appointment the next day, provided a loaner car, fixed the part, and the bill came out to $0. When the time comes to purchase again, we know we will be back! More
