I wanted to share my horrendous car buying experience at Sheehy so that others do not contact them forget going to the showroom and wasting your time. I have been looking for cars since 2 months and was waiting to get the right one. I inquired about a used Hyundai Elantra Limited with them few weeks back on Saturday morning and got immediate response by a person named Geoff that the car is available. I was sent pictures(ATTACHED BELOW) with price within my budget($13188). Everything looked great on Carfax report and I was supposed to stop by the following day. However, I got a sudden call on Saturday evening saying that they had to send the car for repairs and 1 recall. Doesn't this sound weird that they advertised the car before inspection? I reached out to them several times post that and they kept telling me that the car might take a day or 2 more. But Geoff was so polite and nice that I never suspected what was going to follow. Finally, yesterday I went to see the car and to my shock they had increased the price by almost 1.5 grands!!!!! Why would someone advertise "LOWER PRICE" and then make us wait for so long? To make the experience worse, Geoff was acting cold from the very beginning and he showed so much disinterest in showing us the car. He even went to the extent of insulting me as well as my friends by trying to put us down whenever we asked questioned. A friend of mine was even told he had a medical condition if he could not feel the hot air. Are you kidding me? Why would you even do that? When I told them the price I saw online and the one they have now is different, Geoff said he would check with manager but I knew he wouldn't do a thing looking at his demeanor at the test drive. The manager said that price was only there for 6 hours which is a lie considering I saw it nearly for a WEEK! He then asked me why I did not come down and booked the car then and there. But wasn't it his employee who told me hold off and come once the car is ready? Also, if that was the case why wasn't I told that it was only for 6 hours? Additionally, he told me that if he was in my shoes then he would have got a new car instead of paying the amount he was quoting. Never seen anything of this sort ever in any business but well there is always a first time! Now comes the strange part which was inhuman that the manager did not pay attention to the complain we did about the guy attacking my friend during test drive but his only concern was that the car was not having heating issue. How i wish i could give 0 stars rating but that's not possible if I have to post this review. I think Ford should immediately look into their rude, unprofessional and unreliable employees before they lose their reputation even further. More

Worst customer service experience ever Extremely rude staff and incompetent manager are the 2 words to describe this place. The sales rep who took us for the test drive was Geoff. He was extremely rude from the beginning, for even simple questions he kept replying in a mocking tone "Oh it works this way, I am surprised that you don't know even that". He really crossed the line when I asked him why no air was not coming out of the vents when heater was turned on. And he replies "I can definitely feel it, probably you have some sensory issues and must check with a neurologist." I was really taken aback and have never heard sales reps speak so rudely to potential customers. Hence, brought it up with the store manager (Just for identification and not to hurt anyone: Had a long brown beard) when we returned from the test drive. The manager replies "Oh so there was a problem with the car is it ?" and when I said no, it is about your staff's behavior, he says, "Oh ok I was worried about the car, have a good day". Not an apology for his team member's behavior. I felt so disgusted and humiliated for even coming to this place. Can't imagine how Ford's brand name could be associated with such people. Never stepping foot here or recommending it to anybody. Please stay away! More
New work body truck purchase. Went into. Sheehy on Wednesday at 11:00 and left at 2:00 with new F350 work body truck. Terry Paulette was awesome salesman and very knowledgeable and Went into. He worked with me for a few days before I came in to help me find the perfect truck and had everything waiting for me when I got in. He walked us through the whole process and even, even though we had existing financing, helped us understand other options. Then Tony Nowlin walked us through the finance process and got us set up with an even better deal than we had through USAA. Everything about this entire process was extremely enjoyable and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

He was in the process of training two new employees, so we felt like we had a group of experts helping up to make our decision on which vehicle to choose, and why. The atmosphere was very laid back, and I sensed no pressure from anyone in our purchase. After we picked out our 2019 Escape, Ryan took the extra time to go over all of the technical and computerized aspects of the vehicle, and even took the time to program my phone to sync with the car. Since I'm a computer dummy, this was so, so very helpful, and it made the ride home stress free. I also was very impressed with the finance rep, Tony, who made the paperwork go quickly. He also made it fun, since he and my husband both fish. They talked fish while the financing was done and what I noticed was that we actually had fun doing it! From my experience, I feel confident that if I have any questions or concerns, I will have a group of Sheehy employees at close reach to assist me. More

Lisa Johnson went above & beyond in her efforts to accomplish the necessary paperwork. So very pleasant to deal with & highly professional. Finance guru Tony was excellent as well. He was very impressive with his knowledge of various financing and warranty options. Did not get to meet Sales Manager Vincent (day off) but liked him right off in my conversation on the telephone. What an awesome group of folks to buy a car from! I drove 2 & 1/2 hrs from out of state & I would do it again no question! More

Mr. Ruiz in finance office is less experienced, but he has the patience of Job putting up with an old crabby guy like me and successfully addressing all of my concerns. I feel with more guidance he will develop into a real keeper. enjoyed working with both. i do have a moderate level of dementia and am prone to meltdowns and these guys got me through it all. don't recall working with ms. Johnson. More
