Newer, better deal and no hassle price! We really enjoyed the combination of no hassle internet price and great customer service. We started our search at our local Ford dealer but when they were unwilling to negotiate on their numerous 2018s still sitting on the lot, we took our business elsewhere. We purchased a 2019 Escape SE 4WD cheaper than the first dealership quoted us on a 2018 closeout model. Did I mention the great customer service? The Internet sales manager, Ruben Kinser reached out to my wife to see exactly what we were looking for after we posted some questions on the Sheehy website chatroom. Ruben helped us find the perfect vehicle on their lot saving us a potential locator fee. The Internet Director, Kevin Doherty emailed us a quote and our daughter purchased her first vehicle that night! I wish everything was this easy. Thanks! More

Just purchased a new 2018 Ford Edge from Vincent Terrell and the brightest young lady that, I have every had the pleasure of dealing with named Kayla Soles, not only was she very enthusiastic about her job, she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself, she pointed out all of the great features and walked me through the programming process. I was very impressed. We have always dealt with Vincent Terrell and he has never let us down, if he did not have what we were looking for, he went out of his way to find it for us. Being a VIP member, the service department has always been outstanding. I highly recommend Sheehy Ford in Ashland. More

Down the toilet In 4 years, we've purchased 4 vehicles from Sheehy. In the past 2 years, the service department has become terrible. Customer techs not personal, won' In 4 years, we've purchased 4 vehicles from Sheehy. In the past 2 years, the service department has become terrible. Customer techs not personal, won't even look you in the eye. Previously, I've never paid for a routine maintenance, because of the service plan we purchased. My last "routine maintenance", I was told that it would be $300+. No option, no nothing. Later I informed a couple of managers. They listened and said, yea, we've had some complaints. There wasn't as much as a "let's see if we can do you right". No one seems concerned about customer opinion. I doubt if I will be buying from Sheehy again. Sad, 4 cars in 4 years.... and that's the way they treat "customer for life" More

He explained the different types of Explorers and found the one that met all my needs. He went over and beyond to help me even when I didn't have an appointment. He made the time to answer all my questions and to get the car from the sister dealership. Travis Thomas was the other manager that assisted in helping me with my purchase. My husband was so excited that they were able to get the right price and how they made experience stress free.
