Down the toilet In 4 years, we've purchased 4 vehicles from Sheehy. In the past 2 years, the service department has become terrible. Customer techs not personal, won't even look you in the eye. Previously, I've never paid for a routine maintenance, because of the service plan we purchased. My last "routine maintenance", I was told that it would be $300+. No option, no nothing. Later I informed a couple of managers. They listened and said, yea, we've had some complaints. There wasn't as much as a "let's see if we can do you right". No one seems concerned about customer opinion. I doubt if I will be buying from Sheehy again. Sad, 4 cars in 4 years.... and that's the way they treat "customer for life" More

He explained the different types of Explorers and found the one that met all my needs. He went over and beyond to help me even when I didn't have an appointment. He made the time to answer all my questions and to get the car from the sister dealership. Travis Thomas was the other manager that assisted in helping me with my purchase. My husband was so excited that they were able to get the right price and how they made experience stress free. Dishonest Never again will I use this dealership. Everyone knows that car salesmen are there to make a living but certain employees have no conscience. Long s Never again will I use this dealership. Long story short is that even providing them with stock numbers of the vehicles we wanted and several texts with the sales person they never told us they didn't have the vehicles on the lot. Instead they had me drive 35 minutes for an appointment to test drive one of the vehicles I wanted only to tell me they didn't have any of the vehicles I wanted, but we could see a couple of more expensive vehicles that they happen to have on their lot. When I asked them where are the vehicle we had been talking about they advised that the vehicle where at two other lots about 75 miles away. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE. This is the way they treat returning customers? More

Above & Beyond A couple of weeks ago I visited Lisa Johnson at Sheehy Ford in Ashland to check out a 2012 Escape for my daughter. Even though the Escape was at a di A couple of weeks ago I visited Lisa Johnson at Sheehy Ford in Ashland to check out a 2012 Escape for my daughter. Even though the Escape was at a different Sheehy dealership, Lisa made it available for me to test drive in Ashland. A few days alter, we made a good deal to purchase the vehicle but, after a service review, it was determined that the transmission was suspect so the deal feel through. Lisa went the extra mile to locate a replacement vehicle for my daughter - a 2011 Kia Sorento. This vehicle was also at a different Sheehy location. Lisa had the car brought down to Ashland and we decided it was a good fit. Sheehy Ford went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb to ensure my daughter would have a safe & reliable car for several years. Thank you Lisa & Sheehy for your wonderful customer service! More
