Mr. Doherty was concerned with my needs first. Never an up sale. Never pressured. I knew what I wanted. It happened that the vehicle was out on a test drive when I was arrived. Being from the Peninsula my time was limited. Mr. Doherty arranged to bring the car to me when it was returned for a test drive. Mr. Doherty followed that up with exceptional customer service was that your typical salesman's would never do! He earned my business. I tried several local dealers in Hampton Roads but none dealt with my concerns the way Mr. Doherty and Sheehy Ford Ashland did.
