Honestly, I was in the market for something different but my parents suggested I give the Escape a try after one of my initial picks was a huge disappointment. After test driving the New 2018 Escape, I was sure that it was going to be my pick. After calling ahead to Kerry and telling him exactly what we wanted, we headed over to Ashland. When we arrived he had the car pulled out and ready for the final once over. The car was exactly what we asked for over the phone. Without hesitation, we had them run the numbers. Kerry is a no-xx salesperson that’s out to do what’s best for his clients. His sales integrity and transparency are unparalleled. I have NEVER dealt with such a scrupulous and accessible car salesperson. I came with my own financing option with VA credit union but ended up leaving with Ford’s Credit option as it far surpassed the deal I received from the credit union. Additionally, I received loyalty and student rebates which helped a great deal. I was able to get a brand new car with no money down and more space and features than I initially anticipated. Within just a few hours, I was able to bid my old car and it’s upside down loan adieu and drive off in my new car. As bittersweet as it was parting with my old car and it’s tiny car payment. I was able to come away with a payment that’s comfortable and gain peace of mind with a brand new car and the extended 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. As a professional student that will be in school for the next 8-10 years this was of upmost importance to me. I was looking for an F-150 with adaptive cruise control because I have sciatica in my right leg and I wanted something to help reduce the amount Wow! The only F-150's they had that fit what I was looking for were the new Platinum series which were way too expensive for my budget. Within minutes Kerry found a used F-150 Platinum at another Sheey dealership with only 5000 miles that was way cheaper than the newer ones. He had the truck sent to the Ashland dealership and I drove it home the same day. It looks brand new and I could not be happier.
