Megan was absolutely wonderful; she answered all of my questions and made sure that each step in the purchasing process was to my satisfaction. Customer Service dropped as soon as they received our check. We went to this dealer because we were attracted by a used car with low mileage that we found on the internet. The price negotiation was fair and reasonably straightforward and we ultimately were satisfied with the value of the trade in and the cash we paid kin this all cash deal. Our dissatisfaction came almost as soon as we transferred the check. We left the dealership after 2 hours to get some lunch and to have my wife drop me at work. We were told that the car would be ready when my wife returned with payment in about 2 hours. During those 2 hours my wife received a call urging her to return to the dealership immediately because the very car we had agreed to purchase was receiving interest from another buyer. Frankly we doubted that this was true. Nevertheless my wife promptly returned to the dealer check in hand to find that the car had not been prepared for delivery, despite the promise to do so. Moreover the salesperson was not particularly knowledgeable about the vehicle's amenities and so I asked if they would have someone familiar with the amenities on a 2016 Nissan Murano available to go over various functions with my wife when she returned. No knowledgeable person ever appeared and after an additional 2 hour wait (on an all cash transaction), my wife left the dealership, with the car but without any tutorial. Moreover, the car did not have an owners manual for us to review although one has allegedly been ordered (It's been a week). We have no intention of being a "customer for life" given this treatment. We only went to this dealership because they had the precise used vehicle we wanted. More
Upset customer I left my truck there over christmas for a week and at the end they were suppose to do a hand wash as per their agreement with me because of Wrecking I left my truck there over christmas for a week and at the end they were suppose to do a hand wash as per their agreement with me because of Wrecking my truck muiltible times over the years. When I asked why it was not washed the service tech told me it was to cold to wash it. When I asked about the hand wash oh we can do that but you will have to bring it back to us. I dont think it is good customer service to not even tell me or offer to keep it and wash it thge next day. He told me to bring it back anytime but I dont have that kind of time and want them to pick it up and return it to me. More

It took an additional two days to receive one of the vehicles I purchased and was not what we expected. We requested Captain chairs for interior and center console and received a 60/40 bench seat and a truck that smelled of cigarette smoke. The console would not go down due to strap was damaged. I returned the vehicle to the store. I picked up my trade in car and was told by John that all was good and i didn't need anything else. I didn't have my registration so instead of waiting on them, I turned around and went back to dealership to get my registration for my vehicle. This was an 80+ mile round trip out of my way. John did not apologize or offer to pay for gas or attempt in anyway to make things right for yet another waste of my time and money. The Ford Fusion i purchased has not received a usable registration. They transferred my tags from another car and I have not been able to use this registration at DMV since it does not have a title number or expiration date. I have reached out to the to dealership via email and now calling and text both John and Erroll waiting on a response for the worst service I have ever receive from purchasing a vehicle. I have wasted in waiting for a vehicle and going on 27 days now trying to get a registration squared away multiple hours an frustration with no sense of urgency or apology or resolution. It all started with the sales person Tony Nowlin promising he could get the vehicle that day and that is where it went down hill and downhill fast. Stay clear ,they put on a happy face but do not care about your time. More

Vehicle delivered as promised Kerry Harrell, was extremely helpful and attentive in making sure we were pleased with our vehicle every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about the Explore Limited we were purchasing and could effectively show us how to use all of the electronics in the car. All of the promises he made regarding the sale were fulfilled without any issues. We are thankful to Vincent as well who was very warm, and knew that my husband and I would be a good fit with Kerry for this transaction. I give them both 5 stars. I gave the dealership 4 stars instead of 5, as I wasn't pleased with the financing portion of the transaction. Once we decided this was the vehicle for us, I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation when it came time to the financing portion. Instead of just giving us the best interest rate upfront, we had to go on a merry go around, and it was a very uncomfortable situation. At the end of the day we got the vehicle we like, Everyone was very nice and did their jobs, but I don't like the playing around/mind games with the interest rate. More
