I have been a Chevy customer, having owned 7 Chevrolet vehicles from the time I turned 16 until now, but because of the experience I had at Sheehy Ford this week, I have now converted to being a very happ vehicles from the time I turned 16 until now, but because of the experience I had at Sheehy Ford this week, I have now converted to being a very happy Ford customer. Farid Rasooli did an exceptional job of understanding what I wanted out of vehicle. He listened more than he talked. He asked more questions than he made statements. And overall, he recognized that I was his buyer and not my husband. He was bold, yet professional and polite, when my husband would imply want I wanted and he would bring the focus back to what was important to me, his buyer. Overall what really stuck out to me was that at no point in the experience did he try to sell me a car; he guided me through the decision making process that ultimately led to me making a purchase. He built trust early on, was respectful and knowledgeable, and created a relationship with our whole family as a part of this transaction. I highly recommend you walk into the dealership and ask for him. More
