Unlike many other dealerships, they are very clear about the sale prices of their cars. Their website has the "easy price" which shows the lowest price with discounts and rebates. This made me more comfortable than trying to "haggle" for a better price than the sticker price. The employees I worked with, Jenna, Vince, and James, were all very helpful and eager to answer all of my questions as a first-time buyer. More

Very disappointed with my follow up service experience I purchased a 2012 F150 LARIAT from Sheehy Ford of Ashland VA . I understood it was a high mileage vehicle from what they refer to as VALUE CARS when I purchased a 2012 F150 LARIAT from Sheehy Ford of Ashland VA . I understood it was a high mileage vehicle from what they refer to as VALUE CARS when I took delivery it only had 1 key and I was told because it was a VALUE CAR they would not provide another at the dealerships expense. I chose to by the truck and was going to pick it up the next day but was told I could take it that night and it would only be a short wait they would clean the the truck and they filled it with gas which I thought was a very nice gesture. But I has to wait almost 2 hours before I could see there finance guy and that took about 30 minutes finally I was able to leave about 10 pm and on my way home I realized the high beams did not work on a truck with a brand new Virginia Safety inspection sticker I returned the truck the next morning and told them what happened and mentioned a couple of things that I noticed needed attention one was that the interior rear view mirror was loose and could they tighten it. There reply was that it needed a mirror and they declined to perform the repair because as the service writer explained it was a 900.00 dollar mirror and they didn't think that it needed to be replaced and lastly I was close to the end of the 30 day 1000 mile warranty they providedo when I noticed that a bolt was missing from a support bracket on the driver side wheel well on the truck bed which I mentioned to my sales person and that there was a clicking noise coming from the dash which turned out to be an actuator motor for the A/C which was explained to me was not covered under my warranty. With concern to the bolt missing it was a simply repair I performed myself but the actuator repair cost my an additional 398.00 and I felt I needed to have a second key after having them tell me that with my VIP club discount the key would be almost 300.00 I used a local locksmith and bought an extra key for about 100.00 still a little pricy but I thought necessary. Told her I was in the market and her first words were go to Kerry. Glad I listened to her. This guy may be a salesman but not in the sense we know.
