I was less than enthusiastic about test driving yet another vehicle and had lost all the fun out of my car buying experience. Kerry listened to me, joked with me and breathed new wind into my sails. I never told him a budget and initially asked him to show me new cars but Kerry insisted I consider saving a few dollars and looking at a pre-owned vehicle. It felt like he had my best interest in mind. I was fully in love with the certified pre-owned mustang he talked me into test driving and within an hour or two I was driving it home! There were some technical difficulties and rather than have us wait at his desk he took me and my husband back to their lounge to check out some football while we waited! Eric was a pleasure to deal with also. No pressure, no nonsense and very pleasant and efficient. This was a plus since we had to wait a bit for the systems to cooperate with our plan of purchasing a car. I immediately thought of Kerry who had kept in touch with me over the passing years. This was a difficult day for me in that I had to walk out the door with two vehicles. He listen to my needs and was able to show me vehicles that met my budget and stayed with me for over an hour after he was due to get off to make sure the two deals got done. In addition we needed to bring the vehicles back on Monday too get additional programmable keys. Mr. Harrell shuttled both cars back and forth to make sure my wife was not inconvenienced.
