I immediately thought of Kerry who had kept in touch with me over the passing years. This was a difficult day for me in that I had to walk out the door with two vehicles. He listen to my needs and was able to show me vehicles that met my budget and stayed with me for over an hour after he was due to get off to make sure the two deals got done. In addition we needed to bring the vehicles back on Monday too get additional programmable keys. Mr. Harrell shuttled both cars back and forth to make sure my wife was not inconvenienced.
