When me and my family met Mr. Kerry he was extremely polite and was able to take exactly what I wanted and find a match extremely quick. He was polite, funny, and far more approachable than what most people really think of a car salesman. I cannot say enough good things about him. My salesman Darrell McKinney met me immediate I have been a FORD customer for many years. Yesterday, I went to the Sheehy dealership in Ashland, Va. My salesman Darrell McKinney met me immediately, showed me all the available inventory taking note of what I did & did not want and found me the perfect 2017 Escape Titanium. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Vinnie Ingarra, the finance manager was also outstanding at his job. He too was courteous, and worked his magic to get me the best deal possible. By far this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I will tell all my friends to come there to purchase their new or used cars. The Sheehy management should be proud of the beautiful dealership and wonderful staff of employees working there. Purchase of SUV This is the second time I've bought a vehicle from Sheehy Ford in Ashland, the first a 2014 Ford Focus ST and most recently a Ford Escape Titanium. Darrick is laid back, nice and easy but he does know his cars and after some back and forth we finally came to an agreement and I drove away with a beautiful new SUV. Great Experience ! Buying our new car at Sheehy of Ashland was the easiest and fastest new car sale that my wife and I have experienced. Our sales person was Kevin Doherty, I had several phone conversations with him to make sure this car was exactly what we were looking for and what we could expect on our trade in before we made the trip from Harford County, Maryland which was 4 hours away to purchase our new vehicle. Kevin went over and above to make sure this deal went as easy as possible for us being we were traveling more than 140 miles to get to the dealership. I told him we would make the trip last Wednesday, he told me he was off that day but would change his plans with his kids to meet us at lunchtime to help us with the deal. We arrived and met Kevin, he showed us the car, put our car in for the trade allowance, we test drove the new car, we returned and agreed on the deal and started paperwork. Kevin had us filling out paperwork while finance started their paperwork and within minutes we were signing finance paperwork with Amy in finance. Kevin put temporary tags on the vehicle while we were signing finance paperwork, we were done and on our way. This was truly the best car buying experience that we have experienced and trust me, we are both retired and have purchased a lot of vehicles in our time. Thank you Kevin for the pleasurable experience and thank you Amy for working well with the finance part of the deal. I have worked in service all my life so I can appreciate the excellent service that Kevin has provided for us, he was down to earth, very professional and could not have been more helpful with this experience!!
