Jesse had already pulled the CARFAX and was knowledgeable about the car. The price was several thousand dollars less than KBB.com price. It was a few thousand dollars less than NADA.com. Jesse was knowledgeable about the finance process as well, explaining that my credit union (Connects) participated in the CUDL program. (Credit union direct lending). It made the stress of purchasing a new truck so much more enjoyable. And since it was our second time around, it was nice already know him. They found the exact truck I wanted and I had very specific wants since I intend to keep this truck for a long time.
