Kerry has got to be the most easy going, no pressure sales person I have ever dealt with !! His personality is the best and such a great guy to talk too. I wanted the metallic grey in the car, which the dealer didn't have but they worked their magic and found one and had it delivered a few days later to their dealer. The financing was fast and just a great experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone !! You have to ask for Kerry he is awesome and his laughter is priceless !! Service Department My daughter bought her first vehicle at Sheehy in Ashland, a new 2014 Ford Focus. The sales person was wonderful however the service team is not helpf My daughter bought her first vehicle at Sheehy in Ashland, a new 2014 Ford Focus. The sales person was wonderful however the service team is not helpful. She took the car in for service in February, the problem with her car is worst now. They say it needs new tires even though the tires that came on the car were 60k mile tires and the car has around 30k. She has tire rotation completed at service dept. Now it feels unsafe and they want $115 to tell her whats wrong with it again! My daughter and I have both called trying to reach a service advisor to help with the issue on the car. We have gotten the run around and transferred from one person to another. we are always told that Meghan the advisor will call us back but neither of us has received a return call. Im sure they are busy but someone could have enough consideration and call back when they say they will. I believe they have taken advantage of my daughters age and her trust!! More
