sales pitch but lack service afterwards bad I did purchase a new mustang from Sheehy Ashland. Was so happy to buy a new mustang, but after the sale things went south in a hurry and are still sou I did purchase a new mustang from Sheehy Ashland. Was so happy to buy a new mustang, but after the sale things went south in a hurry and are still south after 8 months. nothing is fixed , no solution as to making it right and there is a huge lack of concern to make it right. Never once did the general manager ever get involved to remedy this or show a concern. 8 months after the sale, when your told the GM is going to call you to get it straight and 5 days later still no call. Whats important here. But they made sure the first day to point out ,, fill out the survey, make sure you check all excelllent. make us look good. Yea, they look good on paper but in reality not so much. If you want the real truth, documentation, photos, reciepts, the real truth, just leave a new review with a email and I'll be glad to forward 75 photos and copies of all reciepts, documents to show the real deal. I didnt want to go this route to bash a dealer or list names of those that display lack of concern. I wanted my new car to look new, be new. But I guess spending 40k is to much to ask for new. More
