Specifically, the service team always provided great maintenance on my Ford Focus, but it was clear to me their concern was as much mileage as I drive on a monthly basis it may be time to look at an upgrade. Hence, Mr. Nowlin received my phone call on his day off; took my specifications and a few days later presented me with options all were wonderful but the Ford Fusion I selected was the ONE. The Finance side of the house always does an impeccable job assisting me and support Mr. Nowlin's goal of customer satisfaction. A Great Experience I went there looking for a used truck I had seen on their web site. I got to dealership at closing on Sunday ( Oct 25th ) at approx. 5:10 pm . Kerry, I went there looking for a used truck I had seen on their web site. I got to dealership at closing on Sunday ( Oct 25th ) at approx. 5:10 pm . Kerry, after dealership was closed took the time to see if he could help me locate this truck. He located this truck, went and got keys so I could see interior of truck. I got his business card and came back on Monday during store hours. Now he was very busy this Monday, handling several customers, including myself, so I looked around , while he was helping someone else, spotted another truck, some how he got me keys to test drive this truck, and said test drive it for 24 hours, so I did. Needless to say I had the Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will buy my next truck from Kerry at Sheehy Ford /Ashland . I will recommend to everyone I know to buy from Sheehy Ford /Ashland. The Experience was Great ! More
