No Further Recommendations Unless They Correct This Issue On August 2, 2014 I and two other relatives purchased vehicles from the dealership. On Friday July 30, 2015 I went to trade the car which is in the sa On August 2, 2014 I and two other relatives purchased vehicles from the dealership. On Friday July 30, 2015 I went to trade the car which is in the same condition as when I purchased it less than a year ago and was advised that they now value the car at 15% worth the value that they sold it last year. I am a customer who has referred customer's. Sixteen of which purchased in the last two years and guess what I can't even get a telephone call to discuss my complaint. The car has been driven 6.298 miles in the 11 months since I purchased it from Sheehy and still has an extended warranty. You see until this experience I considered myself a long term, repeat, and loyal customer. Of course I feel differently today. More
