I wish everything were this easy and good. I was looking for a very inexpensive, reliable used car. I had looked at other places - don't get me started about the sleazy salesman at Car Max who I was looking for a very inexpensive, reliable used car. I had looked at other places - don't get me started about the sleazy salesman at Car Max who kept ignoring what I was looking for and kept trying to sell me a car at twice the target price, telling me Obama had "bought back" and destroyed all the cars in my price range - grrrrrr. At other places nobody ever offered to help. On a whim, I browsed Sheehy and found the perfect little car there - a 2005 Ford Focus which fit my needs perfectly. It was the cheapest car in ALL of Sheehy anywhere. KERRY, my Sales Person, was THE NICEST and most helpful, likable, accommodating and funny person I could have wished for. He let me take the car for a 24 hour test drive. Before, during, and since the purchase, he has answered my calls, and my questions, and I really feel like I have a true friend. He makes me feel like a VIP, even though I bought the cheapest car in the entire fleet. So not only did I get a great little car at a great price, but I bought it from a place and person who made me feel comfortable, respected and appreciated. Kerry is a gem of a person. Additionally, I got the VIP package where they take care of all your oil changes, tire rotations, state inspections, etc., and my first experience was amazing. Not only did they change the oil and rotate the tires (while I drank their coffee and ate their danishes), the WASHED my car. It was done as scheduled and was so easy and convenient. More

He didn't use any pushy sales tactics, but instead was open and honest throughout the entire process. I could hear his smile as he kept me updated every step of the way. He put alot of work into getting it all worked out, but I didn't experience the least bit of stress!! He was working with another customer when I arrived, but Josh Shepard was already informed and ready to assist me. Josh went into the pouring rain and brought the vehicle in the bay, not once complaining. He took his time to explain every detail of the vehicle extensively. He was patient and very knowledgeable.
