I had thoroughly done my homework on the Fusion Hybrid that I wanted to order, so I knew exactly what I wanted and was placing a retail order. I stopped in for a visit and talked with Reese and Derrick, Reese was also knowledgeable on the model, - told them I knew what I wanted and would order from the dealer who offered the best price. They beat the price of three other area dealers, next closest price was $400 higher, and they beat the dealer where I had purchased my last car (in Fairfax) by $1,700. I placed my order, and when it arrived we went through the delivery process quickly and painlessly (was offered extended warranty and I politely said no thanks and they politely said OK, imagine that!). No baloney, no bravado, all parties just being happy that a customer with a decent price is a win-win for both and greatly increases the chance that the customer will be back... and refer his or her friends, too. So I would recommend this dealer BECAUSE they did not give me the runaround or try and sell me magic beans for a thousand bucks, or any other gimmick that makes many car buyers dread walking through the door. So thanks Reese, will be back again. More

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online. When we arrived we were looking at the vehicle. Brantley approached us and asked if he could assist us in any way. I told him what I was interested in and he helped us take the vehicle for a test drive. I was very impressed with the vehicle,but more so impressed with staff, and how personal they all were. We wanted to look at a couple other vehicles elsewhere, and to my surprise there was no high pressure sales pitch, just polite staff that were very personable to us. I came back the next day and purchased the vehicle. I had mentioned to Brantley that it was an anniversary present for my wife. He had the vehicle detailed the next day and placed balloons in the front seat, and a bow on the door handle. He then took my wife around the vehicle and made sure that she was totally satisfied with it. We worked with Mike on all the paperwork, and I must say we were impressed how quickly the process went. Not the typical 4-6 hour deal. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others, and use them on future purchases. More

From the time we arrived at the dealership, the customer service provided was great!! Derrick Pendergrass made sure every need that we had was met. We had our seven year old daughter with us as well.
