Scheduling was very easy with plenty of service appointment times available. Drop off was easy. Follow-up by my advisor was quick curious and thorough. Service advisor could not articulate a coherent rationale for why Sheehy is recommending a full transmission rebuild instead of the more limited/targeted TSB specified repair. Service advisor also misled me to believe that he spoke with my Ford case manager who was supporting my Good Will assistance. I had to drive back to Sheehy after my case manager informed me that they were unable to contact my service advisor. Additionally, it has now been 48 hours and my case manager is continuing to advise that the service advisor has not provided sufficient cost details to proceed my Good Will assistance claim.
