They try to rip you off even if you have extended warranty, SHEEHY VIP or a new car. My truck has under 7K miles. Engine light came and they BS me that a squirrel or animal ate the wire. I looked wit warranty, SHEEHY VIP or a new car. My truck has under 7K miles. Engine light came and they BS me that a squirrel or animal ate the wire. I looked with technician and that wire wasn’t even easily reachable by any animal. Even if it does, then it means Ford is building wrong products with their exposed wires. I had to pay $50 to get my truck and it’s still not fixed because this location was charging me $400+ labor and $58 for that part. I want my car to be fixed ASAP. It’s still not fixed. BTW I was their loyal customer for 5 years and I had a Mustang from them before my current RANGER. COOL STORY OF ANIMAL EATING FORD’s fuel wires. This can be a safety hazard. I have all the documentation. Manager was little nice enough to let me take my truck with $50 diagnose fee. More
