Mike Zeller was I went in on 3/28/2020 without an appointment. Sheehy Ford had sent me a sales notice and I had been planning on getting a new car. Mike Zeller was extremely helpful. He already had another client, but took me on as well. I was trading in a 2008 Ford Escape I had also purchased from Sheehy Ford (in 2010). Mike was extremely patient with me as I chose between a Ford EcoSport and another Ford Escape. He showed me a number of available models, talked about the features of one car over another, let me walk around the lot, then showed me the cars again so I could finalize my decision. He was exceptional to work with. Sheehy Ford worked very well with my bank in terms of the loan and financing. And because the car I had been driving was a 2008, Mike Zeller took extra time to show me how the various features worked and the new features that I was not familiar with.
