A Very Merry Christmas! I came in on Christmas Eve and I was not initially booked with Michael Jarvis but the other salesman was assisting another customer. Turned out to be a good thing because Michael was very knowledgeable and patient, even though I kept him pass closing. This is a salesman who goes above and beyond to take care of the customer.
