In particular, I would like to give special recognition to Michael Zeller and David Lewald for making the process absolutely delightful. I walked into the dealership knowing what I wanted and ultimately ended up ordering a car. I was never pressure to buy one of their vehicles already in their inventory. Thanks to the incredible help of a Mr. Reza Aslani, and Jason Klickna, I was able to take this dream and make it a reality. There was no stress, no pressure, and no negotiating. I walked in w/ a pre approval letter, stating exactly what I was willing to pay, and that was that. It was truly that easy. I have never had such a easy, stress free and incredible experience at a car dealership, NEVER!!!!! I would recommend this dealership to every and anyone interested in buying a new car, and go see Reza Aslani, and I am confident he will take just as good of care w/ you as he did w/ me. I have bought 4 different vehicles in the past from several different dealerships. Every experience was absolutely horrible! The process would take the entire day, and it would be a day filled w/ stress and I would leave paying more than I wanted for a car that I didn't really want. It was so nice to actually have a positive experience at a dealership. When I first arrived at Sheehy, I walked the parking lot and did not see the vehicle that I had my eye on. I was greatly shortly after arriving and was informed that the vehicle was sold last week. I was disappointed and ready to continue my search elsewhere. I was then directed to Mr. Reza Aslani, and was told that he could help me find what I was looking for. He looked up Sheehy inventory and found the exact car at one of there locations in Richmond, VA, about 3 hours away. He congratulated me on my new car, which I found very odd, considering all I had in my hand/corner was a pre approval letter, stating my terms. He told me that they probably wouldn't be able to get the car to me until Monday. That was disappointing, but I was willing to wait if we could make such a good deal. He assured me the deal would not be a problem and we continued the process. Shortly after filling out paper work, I told them that I had to leave to make it to my sons soccer game. Mr. Jason Klickna had my numbers ready and showed me what it would cost. I was very surprised, and truthfully, didn't believe it, but I told him if this number would not change, than we would have a deal. They didn't pressure me into signing, and they didn't try and force me to stay. They enthusiastically asked about my son and his game and wished me the best of luck. All of the staff seemed genuinely interested and were very kind. I returned after his game and the staff all asked how he did. They were a lot busier by the time I got back and I took a seat w/ Reza, waiting anxiously to finish the deal. All the while I am waiting for the catch, waiting for the numbers to increase, waiting to get the run around and for the deal to go south. I couldn't believe how well this was going, and I just knew it was gonna go bad soon. While making small talk w/ Reza, I saw the car I was getting ready to buy, pull write in front of the window that I was sitting buy. I looked at the salesmen and I said that's my car, and he smiled! They had the car shipped as soon as I left for my Son's game and it was there in absolutely perfect timing. At this time, I realized I was in trouble. They prob had the car at the store the whole time, and now that I can actually touch it, and drive it, it will get more expensive, and a bad deal was heading my way. That was so far from the truth. I looked it over in awe, and then I signed the paper work, w/ the agreed price, which, mind you, did not change a dime. I couldn't believe it, I was so happy and drove off w/ my very first new car, and a great experience. I have owned the car for a week now, and I still can't believe that it's mine, and how great of an experience I had! More
