He was professional, kind and very clear about my options. I described what I was looking for and he chose the PERFECT truck for me! He was also very educated and answered all of my (many) questions without making me feel rushed at all. I traded in my Focus (which I was worried about doing for weeks) for a Ranger Truck and he honestly made the whole process a breeze! I have now had fantastic experiences with the services, sales and financial departments.. and I will absolutely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!
