Two of the dealerships I visited told me that the vehicle was on the lot...only for me to get there and be told that 'someone just purchased it'. The ol' bait and switch. Kate contacted on her way to the lot, called me back to confirm the vehicle was available and scheduled my visit. When I arrived the vehicle was parked in the front waiting. The purchase went very smooth and I was on the road in a few hours. What's even more amazing is that I notice some cosmetic wear and tear and Sheehy took care of the repairs at no cost...and gave me a loaner. I was honestly surprised to get this level of service with a used vehicle purchase. More

Recently my 2015 F-150 Lariat truck was damaged in the forward sensor area Here's yet another happy experience at Sheey Ford Gaithersdburg body shop. Recently my 2015 F-150 Lariat truck was damaged in the forward sensor area rendering the unit inefective. I brought my F-150 back to the Sheehy Ford body shop for a look-see as to why the forward traffic sensing unit wasn't active and found it was out of adjustment due to a parlikg lot mishap. The sensing unit was recaliberated to correctness with little time and effort. The benefit here is, for all future patrons needing body shop repairs, specific parts need not be merly assumed to arrive at an accurate estimate. Body Shop manager Kevin Speicher approved a lengthy road test that proved the $1,000 forward radar sensor did not have to be replaced, only adjusted. The parts and labor was less that $200.00 when it could have been billed much, much more. This is our 2nd repair "event" with Sheehy's Keven Speicher, and I am now even more certain that honesty and integrity are his priority. More

They have one of the shops where you drive your car into the shop and then head into the waiting area but can still see the shop. In all fairness the other shop I usually use has less people and at least three times as many people in the waiting area. I wonder about scheduling at some of these shops. More
