We were given excellent service by a patient & caring staff We were only coming to look and had a strict budget. Once we realized how much we loved this vehicle he got us a very fair price and trade in for our old vehicle. Then he helped me and my 12 year old son connect our iPhones with Apple play even though it was late Sunday evening. He insisted we call if we needed help/had questions and I have no doubt he’ll be there for us if anything comes up with the vehicle. The environment of the dealership was clean and comfortable. My experience was noticeably better at Sheehy; customer service-wise, confidence in the deal I got and especially ease of the transaction. I dealt with two professionals at Sheehy. Both thorough, professional and pleasant. My interaction with salesman, Ndu, however was the first contact and honestly what converted me from just considering the trade-in to deciding to go forward. It was an unexpectedly fair, easy and comfortable experience. The salesman went beyond to make sure I was happy. He asked questions, put himself in my shoes and got me several great rebates. He gained my trust, I did not feel at all like he was trying to “just sell me something.” I left with a nice deal and I’m LOVING the truck I bought with his guidance. I have always been antsy (as a female) going to dealerships on my own to do this, but they made it easy. This is the probably the best experience I’ve had walking in and buying a vehicle solo. More

Greg Waddell manager on duty was reluctant to give me a fair trade in price but eventually was willing to compromise when I threatened to walk. He said he was loosing money on the deal. (NOT) He later was unwilling to correct a mistake in communications. Bernie the finance guy was a bit pressuring when pushing VIP service and extended warranty. He also needs to better explain the small print in the extended warranty. More
