Solid work but patronizing There was no issue with the work they performed but they consistently talked down to me when describing the work that was being done. They acted like I didn't know anything about the process and became combative when I started asking questions about the charges. Additionally, I had to fight with them to get a 1 day rental because they told me my recall didn't cover it but when I called Ford Corporate it took all of 15 seconds for them to look up my recall and confirm it did. Then they told me they would call me later in the day with an update and I never got a call. I called them back at the end of the day and they said my car wasn't ready because they didn't have the part even though I made the appointment a week prior. That lead to me having to argue for them to cover the 2nd day of the rental because they were not prepared. Overall not happy with how I was treated and the lack of "service" I received. The one redeeming part was the interaction with the manager at the end who stepped in to take care of everything. More

Excellent service for MD state inspection I bought a CPO car from Sheehy Inifiniti of Chantilly. I scheduled a state inspection at Sheehy Ford and it was easy to schedule on line. The service was efficient and Richard took great care of me from check in to pick up. He was very professional and friendly. I used the shuttle to go to the Metro and they picked me up as well.
