The service tech called me about the warranty items: what Ford covered and what the other company would cover, that the power steering was not leaking and that all other work would be finished the next day. Tanner called me the next day and said my vehicle will be ready by 3:00. I was sent an invoice by email, that I reviewed and paid on line. When I arrived, Tanner brought my vehicle into the service bay for me. I was amazed to see it was washed and vacuumed, never got that service from my other dealership. Buying 2018 Ford Focus I was in need of a new vehicle right away. Checked the Sheehy web site and found a car I was interested in. Kevinth worked with me very well throughou I was in need of a new vehicle right away. Checked the Sheehy web site and found a car I was interested in. Kevinth worked with me very well throughout the entire process. I was especially worried about disposing of my old car (a 17 year old Focus) which had broken down in Washington DC, and was in a local service station on Capitol Hill. Kevinth arranged to have my old car towed back to Sheehy in Gaithersburg at no cost to me. Also, I was given double the price I would have gotten had I sold it through a car salvage company. I have used Sheehy for all the maintenance and service for my old 2001 Focus and been well served. I'll do the same with my new 2018 model Focus. More
