Kate is awesome!!! Ask for her!!! Called Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg to inquire about a specific Ford Explorer Limited that appeared to be in their inventory, and Kate answered Called Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg to inquire about a specific Ford Explorer Limited that appeared to be in their inventory, and Kate answered. She told me that particular vehicle had been sent to a sister dealership. Though she listened to what we were after and found similar vehicles, we were really had our hearts set on this particular one. The next morning Kate called and said that the deal had not worked out, and the SUV was available. We explained our time frame crunch, since we were going out-of-town. Kate worked her magic and had the vehicle transferred by that evening, and we bought the SUV! Overwhelmed with all the electronics, Kate has sent us Ford videos to watch, and she has even suggested that we come back down, and she would give us a personal tutorial on the vehicle's electronics. Kate is fabulous, and I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying a vehicle from Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg. More

Sheehy Comes Through In the End The first time we came in, everyone was just standing around and finally they showed us to someone with minimal experience. That sales representative was not prepared to assist us and did not seem interested in selling an SUV to us. We came back the next day, only because the price seemed reasonable and they were offering a reasonable trade-in on our leased Expedition. Kevinth, our new sales representative, was very competent and very accommodating. He appreciated what we had been through the previous evening, and was prepared to give us a first-rate experience and to "sweeten the deal" a bit further. The finance person was also very personable and we left feeling much better about the entire experience with Sheehy. More
