They have alway taken great car of my car and frankly it's the ONLY place I take it for my VIP scheduled service or to fix various issues. I've had extended warranties on the vehicle from the beginning and never had a problem a Sheehy Gaithersburg. I starter my service with Joe Walsh who was a outstanding Service Advisor and when he was deservedly promoted this year to Service Mgr. at another location but he pointed me to Tanner Humerick who is now my new Service Advisor and it's clear he has learned from the best. I get personal attention and honest service with Tanner just as I did with Joe. The mechanic are amazing too! They are knowledgeable friendly, honest, and easy to talk to about your car. I always ask for the same mechanic, Ben Hargrove so he has a working knowledge of the service history of my SHO. With over 172,600 miles on my 2010 I need only the best service for my Ford and that's why I always go to Sheehy Gaithersburg to see Tanner and Ben. More
