After an initial helpful informal discussion and lot walk through with Christian, we were assigned to Myrtena Gonzalez. Myrtena was pleasant, friendly, and patient. Beyond helping us with identifying options for the new vehicle, she actually helped me clean out my old 2003 car that had been towed there. The dealership also provided me with a loaner vehicle until such time as the new vehicle arrived--delivered in freshly washed condition.. Myrtena provided me with key instructions for the Escape, with an emphasis on safety equipment. Overall, it was a joy to work with her and the rest of the Sheehy team (financing, etc.). I would highly recommend Myrtena and the rest of the Sheehy new car team. More
