Willing to spend the time...and followed up I had found a vehicle via auto-trader, and Sheehy wasn't a dealer I knew prior to this transaction. Eric was easy to work with, I asked for additional information and he responded back to me timely and with the information I requested. Also, when he wasn't around (helping other clients or on his days off) his colleague was attentive and more than willing to help. When I arrived he let me inspect the vehicle in any capacity I saw fit. When we test drove the vehicle it wasn't rushed at all. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle as well. The vehicle did not have an external rack that we agreed upon, but he promised to ship it me and he followed up on that promise (something I could see a lot of salesman /women not doing post sale). Overall, easy dealership to work with, and even though Eric is originally from New York and I'm from Philadelphia, he was okay with the Eagles winning the superbowl haha. I would go back again, I think a good crew working there, business dealings (prices, agreement, etc.) was straightforward. More
