Taking your truck there for recall work and being told once you’re there that the recall work being done is covered but the required alignment afterwards is only half covered is shady. I have given this place a five star eight months ago, but this time only three because I had an appointment, they received my car and after more than a day I called them twice and left messages begging them this time only three because I had an appointment, they received my car and after more than a day I called them twice and left messages begging them to give me the status of my repair. No one bothered to call me back. A couple of days later when I was waiting to board an airplane, I noticed they emailed me that my car was ready a day before my flight!
