This is the second car I have purchased from Mike and I am confident to say you will not find a better person to work with when you are shopping for a car. My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing due to repeated lack of transparency. I was shown one vehicle during the process but later presented paperwork for a different VIN with fewer options at the same price. Warranty and protection products were not clearly explained and Ford-backed options were not properly disclosed. Overall, this felt systematic rather than a one-time mistake, and I would advise future buyers to verify every number and every document very carefully. More
