About two years ago I had my focus in for body work after being rear-ended. In the process the body shop replaced an expensive Thule bike rack. I had some defect issues with the bike rack and Thule agreed to replace the parts for free if I can produce the receipt. Erica, at the body shop was not only supper friendly, but took her time to search in several places for the actual receipt for the purchase, eventually going back to paper files and found the receipt.
