Good then Horrible. I bought my 2014 GT500 from here and had great experience with them for my oil changes and simple things like that. But then just recently i needed a airbag replacement because i had gotten a recall letter. I took it in for service to get it done about a month ago and they didn’t have the part in store that needed to be replace BUT i was told it was there, so i ended up just having the oil changed. I took it back today for the SAME THING and was told it was in store and it ended up NOT being there so i am having to leave my car there over night which i am highly upset about. Getting told one thing and then getting told another thing. Unprofessional. More

Ralph and I exchanged emails and phone calls several times throughout the day and treated us as if we were a long time and important customer. We would have never leased this car without Ralphael, as he made it happen. In addition, Katherine (Kate) VanAmum another respected sales executive at Sheehy was involved in this amazing experience. Sheehy had the car delivered to my daughter's residence and Kate patiently and with her clear knowledge, explained and showed in detail all the features related to the car.
