Worth the Drive, Great Customer Service I was shopping for a Toyota Sienna on the internet and found one that interested me at Sheehy Gaithersburg. I dealt with 3 different people at the dea I was shopping for a Toyota Sienna on the internet and found one that interested me at Sheehy Gaithersburg. I dealt with 3 different people at the dealership: Corey Ray, Willy Brandon, and Bernie Zetlmeisl. I live in Upstate NY, over 7 hrs. away from Sheehy Gaithersburg, so my girlfriend was in the area and Willy showed her the van and they took it on a test drive. I decided to purchase this van and got connected with Corey. I have to say Corey did a great job for me, he helped me though every step of purchasing this van. Anytime I e-mailed him or phoned him he responded immediately or was quick to respond, even when he wasn’t working. When I arrived at Sheehy Gaithersburg, Willy greeted me as soon as I got out of my car, and showed me the van. While Willy was taking care of my trade-in, Bernie helped get me through all the paper work; I live in upstate NY, so it was double the normal paperwork and Bernie made it easy to get through. I felt Bernie went the extra mile helping me with an out-of-state purchase. After I got all my financial paperwork, Willy went over all the finer parts of the car, he answered all my questions and even helped me with my Bluetooth phone set-up.
