Service Center Great experience with car purchase and all associated staff. Staff for service center was also great, I worked with Edgar. This was my first service c Great experience with car purchase and all associated staff. Staff for service center was also great, I worked with Edgar. This was my first service center use, I bought the car and the extended Sheehy plan to have oil changes and similar service for my Ford Escape's life. I was told during this process that I would have a car wash available when requested, as many as I believe (5) oil changes a year, and that when I brought the car in for service that there would be a vacuuming. I left work because the best available time for an oil change was early afternoon Saturday. That being said, I had to be in and out - something the service center did a great job in assisting me with. Additionally, I will reiterate that the staff members I met were also great. However, when I picked up my car there were spots and bird excrements still on my car, some things that could have been vacuumed that weren't, and the five pieces of trash that had been in my car were still in my car, three of which were moved from the floor to the seat - meaning the decision had been made to move them and not throw them away. When I flagged this for Edgar he was immediately more than willing to assist and have things re-done, however I had to rush back to work. Overall, still a good experience, but I felt it was a noteworthy flag. More
