Nick knows his and the car business and is very helpful and patient regarding a car purchase. Will happily run several pricing exercises based on models chosen and best of all provides a very fair deal when all said and done. Nick is no pressure and cooperative and helpful every step of the way. He was friendly and professional but Ralphael was rude and disrespectful. If Matt had not steeped in I would have not brought from this dealership. If you are not selling more cars it’s because of Ralphael. He would not last at my dealership if I was the owner. In fact I asked to speak to the owner but Ralphael refused. I am glad that Matt stepped in. I love this car. It’s more than just a car it’s a piece of art and the best car for the money. Please fix this problem and please give Matt a raise or at least a pat on the back as I said he was great. Believe me when I say that I have never wrote a review like this and I don’t let stuff like this bother me so for me to go through the trouble of writing this it must be worth taking the time to reflect on what I have said my side of the story is. I know that there is two sides of every story but even if mine is only half true it’s really bad. Hello everyone, I want to take a moment to thank Kevin Speicher and Jim Consoletti from the body shop, people from the paint shop, and everyone else I Hello everyone, I want to take a moment to thank Kevin Speicher and Jim Consoletti from the body shop, people from the paint shop, and everyone else I had the pleasure of working with when I brought in my 2017 Ford F150. A tree fell on top of my vehicle one day during work. After the tree was removed the damage was staggering. There was a hole in my roof, the windshield was broken, the hood was bent, one of the side mirrors was damaged, the dashboard was damaged, and scratches everywhere on the body. I thought it would not be possible to make my 6 month old vehicle look like it did before. However, I can positively say they made my F150 perfect again! I visited them at least 2 times a week for a month and they were both friendly and informative. I was very impressed with how meticulous they were. So I do not hesitate when I say I highly recommend Sheehy ford. After seeing my truck again I can firmly say I trust their work because it's clear that they treat every vehicle they work on like it's their own. More
