His Manager Joe Evans handled everything properly when there was a mix up in communication. I like when people keep their word, it goes a long way with me. They told me the The finance guy Mike Bolourian was nice and I thought they were just saying that. He actually was a good guy and he took the time to explain everything to my wife and I as well as giving us a good deal on the extras. Overall, I would recommend this dealership. Starting with graciously stopping to see what I needed when he noticed me waiting for a sales person even though it well after his time to leave and he was actually walking out the door to go home. He then proceeded to go through what I was looking for, answering all my questions and providing various options. The next day he looked through all the extended inventory and found the Explorer I wanted even though he had to get it from another dealership. The purchase was easy with no hassle. He walked through all the features of my new Explorer and even helped me get my new and old Explorer home. All with a wonderful attitude and constant smile even though it was at least 2 very long days for him based on the times he spent working with me.
