He then proceeded to go through what I was looking for, answering all my questions and providing various options. The next day he looked through all the extended inventory and found the Explorer I wanted even though he had to get it from another dealership. The purchase was easy with no hassle. He walked through all the features of my new Explorer and even helped me get my new and old Explorer home.
