Best sales experience we have ever had! When we first went to Sheehy we were looking at a Lincoln MKC. While we were there Steven helped us and showed us the Lincoln MKK instead since the M When we first went to Sheehy we were looking at a Lincoln MKC. While we were there Steven helped us and showed us the Lincoln MKK instead since the MKC wasn't big enough. They had an older model that was a great deal. We also compared every other car on the lot. Steven let us drive it around and showed us how some of the features operated. He gave us a price on the vehicle that was his best offer right off the bat (I found this out later as I called every other dealership to compare). We weren't sure this was the car we wanted yet so we continued on with our search. He was never pushy and didn't call 30 times after we left. I had multiple questions and follow-ups and Steven answered his cell phone every time. I asked him to send me some numbers and thought he hadn't but then when I followed up with him he told me what time he sent it and it was sitting in my spam folder. It was my mistake and Steven didn't miss a beat. When we wanted to take the car on a longer test drive Steven let us take it for a day so we could get a real feel for it. We shopped some more and then decided we wanted to see how the car acted at night. Steven again let us take the car again but this time over night. Before we took it he spent time with us in the car and showed us every feature the car had. Once we made the decision this was the car we wanted he came to our house to pick up the car and get it ready for purchase. The next day we purchased the car and didn't have time to go through some of the things we wanted to discuss so he came out to the house again to show us how to park it (since the car does it itself). He spent so much time answering all of our questions and made 3 different trips out to our house for our convenience. Steven went above and beyond for this sale and he really did earn our business. We tried every luxury dealer in the DMV and no one had the service that Steven did. By far the best New Car purchase I have made. Thanks again for everything Steven! More
