Contacted Sheehy Ford and dealt with Myrtena Gonzalez by email and phone, we weren't able to come in and talk to anyone since we live about 2 hours from the dealership. When we finally decided that it was time to buy had all the numbers worked out in advance and Sheehy was $1500 better than any of the local dealerships where I live. When we arrived, we were informed Myrtena had taken the day off and Alex Magner worked with us to complete the deal and he picked up as if he was the salesman we worked with the entire time and the process was very smooth and easy. I was trading in a vehicle and initially was offered below what I could accept (rightfully so, the car had an issue), I explained where I needed the trade in value to be and I received a follow up call the next morning with a satisfactory response (they had to call around to find someone to pay what I needed for it). A day later I was in the dealership signing papers. I was afraid I would have to deal with the usual pressure and nonsense games that dealerships are known for putting on people. Not here. It was very casual. They knew what I was there for and didn't play any games with me. No 'extra fees' or anything that were unexpected.
