Found a better car than expected and great service too. When we got there we looked at one of the vehicles that had brought us in, but we're very shortly distracted by another vehicle saw. Ultimately, we had to work to decide between 2 vehicles we really liked. Both were much newer than we had anticipated and had a lot of upgrades. We chose a Ford Focus Titanium with extremely low mileage and so many extras that one of us if going back to have our salesman show us how to operate everything. We worked with our salesman, John Sabila, Michael, the sales manager and Bernie, our finance manager to work out our deal. It was a great deal too. Our finances were such that we thought we might not actually able to get into our chosen car, but these gentlemen reworked things so we were able to do it. We are very pleased and will be even happier when we figure out how to use all the bells and whistles! More

Nobody approached me as I looked around, which I thought was fantastic, because some dealerships seem to hire hustlers, not customer service-oriented staff. Just as I was about to head home after looking at the inventory, Marijana came out and asked if there was anything with which she could assist me, so I struck up a conversation about what I was looking for and she went to work to find me a vehicle right away. Within a couple of minutes, we were walking the lot to see vehicle configurations and discuss my preferred options. When the truck I picked was out of my price range, Marijana quickly found comparable vehicles at lower price points and we went from there. She was always one step ahead and keeping me engaged, which many dealerships and their sales staff are usually not focused on. In the end, Marijana found me a great vehicle that had all the options I was looking for and it came in under what I planning to spend. She really went above and beyond. More
