Brandon Evans - Sales and Leasing Consultant is the Best! I was looking for a White 2017 F-150 Limited and I found it on-line at Sheehy Ford -Gaithersburg. I clicked that I was interested and within moments I was looking for a White 2017 F-150 Limited and I found it on-line at Sheehy Ford -Gaithersburg. I clicked that I was interested and within moments I received an email from Brandon Evans one of the Sales & Leasing Consultants. I have a very busy schedule and I hate spending hours at the dealership when buying a vehicle. I informed Brandon that I am often in hearings or meetings and it would be easier to communicate via e-mail. To expedite the process, I completed the on-line application and Brandon took it from there. He made sure all of the discounts/rebates were applied and gave me a great price for the truck. Brandon was unbelievably thorough and communicated with me every step of the way. Within a short period I received e-mail from Brandon stating that the financing (great interest rate and terms) was complete and everything was good to go. My calendar that day was very busy and I told Brandon I might not arrive until around 4pm. He informed me that it was his birthday and he was leaving at 5p but would make sure one of his colleagues would take care of me. To my surprise, when I arrived at the dealership, later than expected, Brandon was still there and he waited until the process was complete to make sure I rode away with a smile. He spent extra time going over truck's functionalities and did a great job with the tutorial. It is significant to note that my total time spent at the dealership was under an hour. The sales person was extremely rude and wouldn't give me the keys to the car I had just purchased because he felt I didn't appreciate the fact that he The sales person was extremely rude and wouldn't give me the keys to the car I had just purchased because he felt I didn't appreciate the fact that he came in on his day off to check me out (and earn his commission), and he said I was being an a**hole and he said he didn't want to sell me the car anymore and literally refused to give me the keys, forcing me to try to cancel the purchase of the car I had just bought. His manager had to step in and force him to give me the keys. This salesperson never even showed me the car I bought and said I should be grateful he came in on his day off to sell me the car, suggesting I could have only bought it through him because the internet randomly assigned my purchase request to him. I sat for over an hour at this place after giving them all my information the night before, and they ran a credit check (even though I was paying cash) and tried to sell me on a protection plan and made me late for a work appointment--and because I didn't appreciate that, the salesperson literally made me ask for a manager to just get him to give me the keys for the car I just paid for. Stay away from this dealership, in my opinion at least. Worst car buying experience I could have imagined, and it should have been such an easy sale for them. Awful, awful place to buy a car. More

So great in fact my company bought two trucks at the same time. There is even a delivery option! VIP package - a great value because it covers all maintenance for the life of the car or truck. I calculated the cost and figured that it would pay for itself within 24 months! Nick has awesome customer service and really did his very best to make the deal go through! (THANKS NICK. AND YOU KNOW I REALLY MEAN IT) And the gentleman at finance, (I forgot your name, apologies) was even kind enough to give me a burger from Roy Rogers!
