Our sales associate was Blake Muller, and he did a fabulous job meeting all of our needs from the moment we walked in until the car was driven off the lot. He took several minutes to review the instrument panel of the car and set my daughter's phone up on the Sync system in the car. Overall, we were quite impressed with Blake's high level of attention to our needs and friendly service. Mike Zeller, the Used Car Manager, was also very helpful in all aspects of our purchase, making sure we were happy with every part of our purchase. More

Body Shop Repair Took my Escape in for an estimate and was greeted by Marty Tyler. Received the estimate and was told that they needed two days to complete the job. I was kept informed on the status of the repair and to my delight, the car was ready by 10:30 AM on the second day. That is service!!
