When the first car I drove wasn't right for me and I decided not to purchase, he didn't make me feel any pressure and he completely understood. Then he helped us look at other cars on the lot and I found the perfect car for me! The dealership gave me as much for my trade as carmax was willing to pay for it, which was great because from my experience dealers aren't normally willing to do so. And they offered the same to me without knowing what carmax offered. Their prices were great and all cars on the lot were top notch. Overall great and easy experience - and like I said James was so personable and great with my son that the whole experience honestly was fun! More
