Where is the service? I have been coming to this service department for a few years out of convenience not out of loyalty...hard to be happy with a dealership that hasn't e I have been coming to this service department for a few years out of convenience not out of loyalty...hard to be happy with a dealership that hasn't embraced the Lincoln product. This dealership used sell and service only Fords. They allocate all service personnel, but 1, trained on Ford Service. When they bought a Lincoln dealership, they fixed up the show room. Now, getting service for my Lincoln is a challenge. Out of all the service personnel only 1 person is trained on Lincoln products and guarantees. In less than a year, in this dealership, the Lincoln go to person has changed hands 3 times. This means, when you call for service on your Lincoln, the Lincoln guy is no where to be found. Leave a message to set an appointment, no return call. Go to the showroom they have no clue who is handling Lincoln or the day I was there, could not find him. The service manager is nice, but when I relayed my experience on the day I came to the dealership, even he did not know where the Lincoln service guy was. When he asked the other personnel, the answer was we don't know. I told him for two days, I was trying to get my car scheduled in for service and I needed a loaner. Well, I needed about $1500 service and he told me I needed to schedule. I just looked at him and said, I tried! While he went to search for his Lincoln Trained Service specialist, I left! I called one of the owners to relay my experience. No return call...... One buys a Lincoln for the product as well as the service guarantees. It is not the same as a Ford. If I wanted to be serviced as a Ford, I would buy a Ford. Well...I am ready to buy a new Lincoln Car....not here, not ever. The service on Lincoln is so bad I think I would be better served buying elsewhere or just give up on the Lincoln product..... If I need a Ford, any place but Sheehy Ford. The new Lincoln showroom looks real nice, but its a pretty curtain.....once its' open.....not so pretty! More

Brandon was great I had been to another dealer that was playing a lot of BS games. I was unhappy. I used TrueCar, and Brandon called me. We chatted a little and then I texted him a bunch of questions. When we arrived that evening, he had the car out front ready for the test drive (he'd even stayed a little late to meet me). It took about 20 minutes to get my trade evaluated and a fair deal set based on the TrueCar. I didn't push for every possible penny, because I wasn't jerked around. I'll go back for my next Ford. More

We decided to take a test drive and Andre offered to appraise our Fusion for trade in value. It took Andre only a few minutes to set up a test drive and upon returning he had the appraisal completed. We were quite impressed with Anders efficient work and decided to negotiate. We were given a good trade in price and a fair price for the car with little negotiation. Vehicle Purchase Experience I had been searching for a particular Porsche for a while, and when I saw the vehicle on Sheehy's website, I immediately contacted the dealership to s I had been searching for a particular Porsche for a while, and when I saw the vehicle on Sheehy's website, I immediately contacted the dealership to see if the vehicle was still available. The salesperson that I spoke with Mr. Brandon Evans informed me that the vehicle was still available and answered all of my questions concerning the vehicle. I told him that I would stop by later that afternoon to look at the vehicle, which I did, Mr. Evans showed me the vehicle that I was looking for. After talking with Mr. Evans, concerning the vehicle and learning from him the type of service that Sheehy provides to their customers, I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. The sales team informed me that the vehicle still needed to go through state inspection and other checks. I was informed by Mr. Evans the next day that the Sheehy team decided to take the vehicle to the Porsche dealership to ensure that everything was properly inspected and repaired (if required) to the OEM Standards. The dealership made the decision to pay for all of the required repairs and also delivered the vehicle to my home upon completion.
