My normal opinion of the new car buying experience is "I'd rather have a root canal first". But my recent experience at Sheehy was very pleasurable. They were swamped, and I was an hour late for my appointment with David. He still greeted us, offered refrehments and a comfortable area to wait until he was finished with a customer. I was shown the vehicle at the price quoted on-line, and was offered really close to what I had wanted for my trade-in, even though I was expecting a ridiculously low offer. David worked with the appraisal folks to get us the best trade price possible. Kudos to David for looking out for the customer. Jason in finance took care of us in a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere to purchase any additional warranty or maintenance options. I will definitely consider Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg for future Ford purchases. More
